Plotting for an author?

  1. Well. I've created a new character. Her name is Rocelyn Byakhuld aaaanddd she's a world renowned author/novelist. However, she's kinda shy and she writes under a penname, so while she's wealthy from her books, only her very devoted fans and her publishers/collegues/close friends and very small family know that she's actually that author.

    And there's also her son who's coming along soon, getting in all sorts of trouble at school. >_>;

    But Rocelyn. I'm not quite sure where to go with her from here - who she'd interact, where at (she travels a lot), or what she'd be doing. So, y'know, if anybody's got any requests or ideas - I'm open to them.

  2. You say she travels -- is there any particular reason, or does she just enjoy traveling?

    And she could be researching for her next novel idea. Even fiction writers have to research their topics some, just so that the novel itself is as realistic/believable as possible.

    So, depending on what sort of novels she writes, she could be anywhere, interacting with anyone, researching anything. xD

    And if you're looking for a roleplay with her, I have a few characters who could use a roleplay -- there's Ayres, a pastry chef, and Darwing, an eccentric inventor, and Khodan, a young musician. All my female characters are already in roleplays, sorry. :B

    But anyway. Yeah. There you go. :3

  3. :3 Heehee, thank you.

    Yeah, she travels a lot because of her research - either her research or for business to do with her books, but most of the time it happens to be her research. And she writes fiction novels, but I'm not quite sure about her newest trilogy that she's to write, so XD I don't know, maybe she could be looking for ideas.

    :3 But I'd be welcome to a roleplay if you're offering.

  4. Certainly. n_n I'd love to rp Ayres & her.

    As I've already said, he's a chef, so maybe Rocelyn could be visiting his restaurant/pastry shop thing in her quest for book ideas.

  5. =) Sounds good.

    Who should start - you or I?

  6. I can start, since I'll need to describe Ayres' pastry shop. :3
