1. After years of these movies gathering dust on my computer, IÂ’ve finally uploaded them to YouTube so my friends who all played a part in making them could have access to watch them when they pleased. And well, things have been slowish around here so hereÂ’s a way to waste a few minutes, if you have the time to waste ;)

Yokoshima Doru – Evil Doll
http://youtube.com/watch?v=5D1h2Ai2-egYouTube link – 3.4 minutes
This movie won us the award of “Best Costumes and Props" at our school ‘Oscar Night’. The project for film class was to make a movie with certain elements from classic kung-fu movie. So that means it has cliché lines, fight scenes and some fake blood.

ItÂ’s also meant to be comical, especially with the once popular TV show we spoof at one point. See if you notice it.

I’m the “main character" in this one, feel free to laugh at my lack of acting skills.

Canadian Heritage Minute - 'Just Watch Me'
http://youtube.com/watch?v=omcKEl0JG1oYouTube link – 1 minute
For our history class we had to make a ‘Heritage Minute’, which is a Canadian commercial that runs for exactly 60 seconds and explains a notable historical moment in Canada. We chose to do when Pierre Trudeau(One of our Prime Ministers) said ‘Just watch me’ when asked about bring the FLQ down. The FLQ were an anarchist group in Quebec who kidnapped a few government employees.

Just as a heads up, this one has a French voice over, but I believe you can understand it even without the commentary.

Killing Mr.Griffin
http://youtube.com/watch?v=UJBCeACuVWkYouTube link – 10 minutes
This was our second movie ever, and was filmed on a Digital Camera, so the picture and sound arenÂ’t that great. And the whole dialogue was pretty much made up on the spot. Except the interview scenes.

This was also based on the book of the same name by Lois Duncan, so if you donÂ’t know the story it might be a little confusing, as well as kind of long. I find it hilarious, but it may just be because the whole thing is pretty much a joke to everyone who was in it.

Warning: Some harsh language.
(I uploaded these yesterday and I checked today and for some reason Killing Mr. Griffin has 48 views and a favouriteÂ… IÂ’m so confused! D:)

So yes, those are a few of our movies, the rest either are going to be re-constructed by me when I have the time or have been lost due to being on other computers or only saved on DVDÂ’s.
