Day : 43rd Month : Dyo Year : Year 2
ooc: Before I begin, I just want to say that I'm starting this with a character not yet validated by a moderator on the Character Profiles thread. So don't bother searching for his description yet. I'll try and explain a bit about him in this post. bic: Dawn was breaking. As the sun rose, a great light fell upon the granular sand across the land. Walking along the beach, water sliding up to sable ankles was a young but determined Pendragon. His head was held high. Independant on this seemingly deserted beach, the pensive Nelson Kiro wandered alone. A stygian glow in the water allured him towards it. But as he approached it, he realized that it was far away, deep into the water - he'd need to swim for it. His eyes narrowed and his nostrils flared for one last time as he submerged himself into the chilling water. As for his flame tail, it simply became so hot, that it would literally burn underwater. Nelson lazily swam for the tenebrous void, now much clearer to him. It seemed to be a large split on the floor of the sea. This intrigued him...And if it got too dark, his flame tail was always there, and the sun was coming out anyway. He went in to explore. edit: okay, now his profile's up. :P
Spektar was walking along the shore when he saw this pendragon submerge and since he was a very currios pendragon he decided to follow hime so Spektar shape-shifted into a Gid but since he wasn't very experienced yet in shape-shifting he still kept his burnin tail he sped after the pendragon makin show not gettin to close so the pendragon doesn't see his burnin tail.

Nelson entered the black canyon. It illuminated brightly as he submerged deeper, the sun's rays not traversing this far into the water. The rock walls were completely flat with many cracks along the walls. Tiny bubbles came out of these splits in the walls by the millions, so this underwater cave was pretty new - most likely caused by a recent earthquake. He picked up speed as he went deeper into the ocean. Nelson turned around for one last time, as if to check if he had been seen by someone or something else. He caught glimpse of a bright gid..but gids were common near the shores, right? He passed it off as a curious creature, not thinking of other possibilities. As he got further from the surface, his air supply began running out. Now, this was usually a well-kept secret of Nelson's..but he wanted to find out where this void led to rather than surfacing for air. He forgot the gid, let out all remaining air in his lungs through his nose, and stretched his ears away from his head, and as his royal blue hair fluttered away from around his head and neck in the water, three gills were visible on each side of his head. So now he breathed freely without the need of getting out of the water.
Spektar really didn't mind since he knew all male Pendragon could shape-shift so he kept on speeding after him he wondered to himself y the pendragon didn't see his burnin tail. O well better for Spektar as he kept moving he noticed that a pack of Cruorken where right infront of the pendragon since he was an Assasin he wasn't prone to save pendragons he usually just let them die but for some reason Spektar shape-shifted back to his normal shape and screamed "WATCH OUT THERE ARE Cruorken IN FRONT OF U" Spektar swallowed a lot of waterwhen he said that so he decided to shape-shift into a Pendragon with gills
Out of the somber depths, violent vibrations caused the damaged walls of the canyon to crumble. Noticing this, he thought that maybe there were going to be aftershocks. Nelson turned on a dime and swam for the surface. The last thing he wanted was to be trapped underneath a pile of rocks. He then saw another distinct form ahead of him as he slid through the water - another Pendragon. Someone had been following him? That gid was most likely him, which would explain the flaming tail. He saw Spektar speaking, but could not make out any of the words because they were underwater and the rumbling of the rocks beneath him was deafening. But Nelson was escaping far too fast to be able to understand anything. He passed the mouth of the void, now seeing sunlight penetrating the water. The sky was bright. He was still quite oblivious to the Cruorken trailing behind him as he finally surfaced and closed his gills. He looked around, looking for Spektar.
Spektar saw the Cruorken closing in on the pendragon so out of pure instincts he cast a spell wich wasn't so easy since the water kept on flooding into his mouth but he was able to cast a freezing spell but he knew this would only last a few minutes so he made a dash towards the surface and when he broke the surface of the water Spektar yelled to the pendragon "Look under you!"
Nelson saw a splash, and saw Spektar's head. "What??," he asked, ducking his head just beneath the water. He screamed underwater, sending bubbles to the surface. He spiralled slightly underwater and swam for the beach in a corkscrew-like pace. He went as fast as a fish as he twirled just beneath the water and as he touched shore, he stumbled a bit on the sand, in water that flooded up to his knees - enough water for a Cruork to beach himself on and catch him. Nelson was dizzy from his sudden dash to the beach in such a dizzying manner, that he simply couldn't stand up. He fell on his side, his back facing the water, so he would be completely oblivious to anything coming up behind him. He blinked a few times, hearing another wave hitting the shore. He rolled over and saw a large, dark form lunging for him, a Cruork. He screamed and scrambled to his feet, almost tripping about five times trying to get out of the water. Nelson escaped
Spektar was close behind Nelson but he coudn't swim as fast as him so he was lagging behind and he could feel the Cruorken nipping at his heals drawing a little blood which put them into a frenzy and as he looked up he saw one unually fast Crouken closin in on Nelson but Spektar had his own problames the Cruorken were closin in on him at a very rapid pace and one of htem bit into his ankle so hard that Spektar thought he would black out but he kept movin enduring the pain but he knew he wouldn't be able to keep movin as he was about to black out he felt soft sand on his paws he managed to limp far enough so those Cruorken coudn't foolow but when he glanced over he saw Nelson about to be devoured he wished he could do sumthing but the pain was unbearable and he blacked out
Nelson staggered to shore, exhausted from the ordeal. He fell once again forwards, the front of his chest slamming into the ground, followed by the rest of him. His heart slowly stopped pounding as he realized he was safe, and the first thing that came to mind was Spektar. The sable Pendragon rose to his feet and shook himself of most of the water and sand on him and looked around, finally seeing Spek' lying in the sand as waves rhythmically engulfed the ground around him continually. Nelson's senses returned to him completely as he padded towards Spek's motionless form. "Hey?" He pushed at Spek's side with a paw, and realizing he was still breathing but unconscious and wounded, he pulled him out of the water onto the beach. It was pretty cold, so Nelson could only hope that Spektar would wake up soon.
Spektar winced in pain when Nelson pushed him in the paw. Spektar was able to say,"Im ok r u hurt" after that he tryed to stand up but the pain on his ankle was umbearable and now it felt like it spread across his whole body it was gettin really hard for him to breathe and it felt like his insides where caving in it was as if he was poisned but he knew good enuoguh that Cruok are not poisness but then he remebered there was something else mixed in with Crouken he remebered it looked like a Striped Swamp Tmuka but since there don't go to the beach it was unlikely but he was absouletly positive it was maybe some one realesed it their anyway the thing he was really sure of was that he was poisned.
"Yea, I'm fine," Nelson replied. "You don't look so well..." he continued, standing above him. "Don't strain yourself, stay here." Nelson finished as he began walking away, off the beach. He had to get something to help Spektar out, he had saved his life. He gathered wood and brought it back to the beach, beside Spek', dug a hole in the sand, put the twigs and sticks into the whole and lit it with his tail flame. Immediately, a large flame erupted but died down after emmiting a few sparks. A small but warming fire burned the little amount of wood he had brought to the beach, so he went straight back into the brush and searched for more wood.
After a few days Spektar was able to sit up and walk around "Thanks for all the help i feel better now if it wasn't for u i would have died anyways while I was unconcious I had a very weird dream it was about us going down into the dark crevise in the sea floor we made it insafe and things where shining all around us but it was hard to get in since all the rocks collapased." said Spektar "Since I feel better we can head out today"asked Spektar.
"Really? I think it would be pretty risky to go back. But if you saw treasure in your dream, maybe it's a sign of some sort. I'm willing to go back if you do too." Nelson stepped towards the sea, slightly apprehensive.
"Ok lets go I'm ready if we see anything I have some spells that can help us" as Spektar was sayin that he was also shape-shifting to have gills and fins. Once he was finished he hopped in the water saw that every thing was clear and signaled to Nelson to follow him
Nelson nodded and followed, slightly disapproving of Spektar taking lead. He shrugged and submerged himself in the water, diving for the somber, seemingly endless crevice. This time, Nelson wasn't carefree - his eyes shifting incessantly and watching the walls for vibrations or any signs of approaching danger, as well as listening closely. He kept a close eye on Spektar as well. Who knows? Nelson didn't exactly trust him, even though he saved his life. A slight apprehension gripped at him. Had Spektar taken him into this trap, saved him as if to show friendship? Could he really have dreamed about the treasure, not knowing about it? Or had he been there before? Nelson shivered, trying to shake off the thought. T'was just an unlikely possibility.
Spektar glanced back to make sure Nelson was following but immediatly looked toward the dark trench. He could have sworn he saw some movement but shrugged it off maybe if he saw something else he would take more serious notice but as of now he just kept moving. He wasn't very sure he could trust Nelson Nelson saved him and all but it was in Spektars nature to act shady to people and not trust no one but he also felt that he can trust Nelson. He wondered where his little brother Teloi was probably learning to fly or some where at the Janardan Academy the thoguht of his brother is probably what drove him on through the darkness of the water as they got deeper the pressure started increasing and maybe Nelson was used to this but Spektar sure wasn't so he decided to make his lungs bigger to get more oxygen form the water through his gills and his fins where moving at a rapid pace.
ooc: One thing. Please divide your paragraphs into sentences rather than making really long, extended ones. bic: Nelson could only follow, watching his surroundings. He began seeing the floor of the cave. It became clearer and clearer. He let himself fall to the floor of the cave and as his paws hit the ground, sand raised all around him. He used his tail to look around. Walls with tunnels in them. He turned to Spek'. { Now what? Which tunnel? }
{Well Im not a total seerer I just said we found the treasure I didn't see which tunnel we went through} Spektar telepathed with an added Sarcastic tone. Spektar also wondered which way to go since his dream wasn't extremly detailed.At this point he was starting to wonder if it was something to come or the dream was a trick played by the mind. Spektar coudn't tell but he was to far to go back to the surface.He had to see what was at the end of the tunnel even though there where 2. From the side of his eye he picked up another movement but shrugged it off thinking its probably Nelson.
{ Alright, thought not. Let's just go check each one. } He went for the first one, his movements greatly slowed down by the water. So he jumped off the sand and swam inside. The tunnel ended quickly at a dead end. A few old bones lay scattered in the sand. Nelson turned around and signaled that there wasn't anything in the first tunnel, and inquired with a hand gesture if Spek' wished to continue their undersea treasure-hunt.
Spektar didn't mind he wasn't one to give up easily so he decided to keep going through the 2nd tunnel. As he got ddeper into it he caught more movement he knew that this time it wasn't Nelson since there where more then 1 he decided to telepath Nelson about this {Listen I've been catching movements from the corner of my eye every now and then have you been aware of the same thing? I think where not the only ones here}
