  1. Who: Alamu
Wearing: A black tank top and shorts with the Sky Emerald necklace

Alamu waded in the calm waters of Magi Lake, enjoying the refreshing swim. It was a warm night, and the water's temperature was just right. She sighed softly, stretching before she dove under the water, swimming deeper and deeper, closing her eyes as she fell through the memories she'd regained, thinking only on the happy times.

Oh, she missed those times. Thoughts of Averin swam around her head, and she reached up to touch the Sky Emerald around her neck, wishing he were here.

  2. Who: Averin
Wearing: Black Jeans with a flame on the right leg and a white tank top underneath his folded wings.

    IC:
Averin flew through the sky toward his former home that was near Magi Lake. The breeze of the wind was calming to Averin, but in his mind and heart were in another area thinking about Alamu. <span style='color:green'>IÂ’ve been away for a very long time.</span> Averin was just over the Magi Lake; he did a backwards flip and dived towards the shore of this beautiful lake. He flip around again and landed on the shore safely. His wings folded in as he looked around the lake, this place brought good memories and some bad ones. <span style='color:green'>I wish Alamu was here, she always helped me smile.</span> Averin thought.

  3. Alamu kept under the water as long as she could before floating back up to the surface. She floated on her back for a while, her eyes closed as she smiled softly. She could almost feel Averin beside her. He'd been away so long...she was afraid to call him through the necklace; what if he was doing something important?

She sighed, stretching out, and dove under the water again, opening her eyes to look through the dark depths. She swam for a little while longer before going up for air again, wiping her eyes quickly before turning toward the shore. Her heart nearly stopped when she saw Averin sitting there, as if he'd been there all the time.

"Averin!" She called, swimming quickly toward him before running up on shore and moving to tackle him. Her smile was brilliant as she realized her wish had come true.

  4. Averin quietly looked towards the trees away from the lake when he heard his name being called out. He turned his head toward the lake only to get tackled to the ground by a thill. Averin finally noticed that the thill was Alamu. <span style='color:green'>“Alamu!"</span>

He hugged her with his dear heart. <span style='color:green'>“It is good to see you again. I’m sorry that I did leave a note or tell you that I was leaving. I’m… I’m sorry."</span>

Averin broke in tears while hugging Alamu. He let Alamu go and smiled, but moved his right hand over his left shoulder covering something.

  5. Alamu held him tight, afraid he'd disappear again if she let go. She sighed softly, relaxing, glad to have him back with her. "It's ok now. You're back. You're back!" She kissed him, pulling back in time to see him hide something on his shoulder.

She frowned, putting her paw over his. "What's wrong? Did you get hurt?" She asked, looking up at him worriedly. "Let me see. Please?" Her eyes pleaded with him to tell her what was wrong.

  6. Averin didn’t want her to fear, but he couldn’t just lie to her either. <span style='color:green'>“Sort of, I encountered my brother again, but don’t worry I won’t leave your side or leave you in the rain."</span> said Averin as he showed a scar from his shoulder down half way on his bicep.

  7. Alamu gave a sympathetic hiss, tracing the scar gently. "Does it hurt?" She asked quietly, still worried. She'd been learning from her cousin how to defend herself, though she was still reluctant to hurt other people. Even if they hurt her first.

<span style='color:gray'>Let me out next time we see that bastard. I can take him.</span> Her other side snarled, angry Averin had gotten hurt. She nodded decisively, kissing Averin's scar. "I'm sorry you got hurt, Averin." She said quietly, looking up sadly. She wasn't sure there was anything she could do besides distract him.

Alamu gave him a quick kiss, jumping up and smiling teasingly. "Bet you can't catch me!" She challenged, and ran down the sandy shore, laughing.
