Timestamp: 15 Tessera 81378 Thi had gone on a vacation to come to the Flitter show, but it had shown some unexpected results. Two of her Flitters had become pregnant and had nests of 4. Ferun and Tom sat in the makeshift hatchboxes she had created for them. Ferun had a normal litter. A violet, tan, pastel yellow, and pastel violet. Ferun had mated with Camelot. Camelot, a very anxious and first time father, sat next to Ferun in the hatchbox. Tom had mated with Camek and had produced a very unexpected lot. Camek seemed very proud of himself however and struted aboyt every so often. A pastel yellow and pastel green were to be expected. But the albino and the unidentifiable color that Thi had seen perplexed her. She sat around awaiting to see if anyone was willing to take one. She had advertised in the Flitter show when she had discovred the secret. If anyone came to get a chick, they would, however, have to wait a few days.
Sylverstryx had heard about a few flitter chicks that were up for sale or trade, from a friend who had heard all about the last flitter show. Syvler was interested in getting another bird, he already had a tan male from this same breeder, and had fallen in love with him. He knocked on Thi's door, and hoped she was home; it would be a large disappointement if he had come all this way and she wasn't there.
Thi opened the door and gave a wide smile. Hi. she said and opened the door wider to allow her visitor in. Camek was strutting around the room and all her Flitters were flying about except for Ferun, Camelot, and Tom. Thi ducked as a Flitter flew over her head and she warned Stryx Watch for low=flying Flitters
Stryx stepped inside and laughed quietly. Thi had a lot of birds. And people call me snake crazy... he thought with a small grin. "Thi, right?" he extended a hand towards her, "Sylverstryx, you took one of my alugha a while back. I heard you had some flitter chicks available."
Thi smiled and shook his hand. Oh, yes. Hello. Welcome. I do have so chicks avaliable, but i regret to say they will not be able to be taken home just yet s they are not ready to be weaned. She said and led him over to the hatching boxes.
Stryx nodded, not all creatures were able to leave their parents as soon as they were born like his snakes. "Yeah, this is the first time I've actually gone out and looked at chicks, so sorry if I'm a little slow at this."
It is all right Thi said as she gently moved Ferun, revealing the cheeping chicks underneath. A Violet, tan, pastel yellow, and pastwl green all turned their heads upwards as though expecting food from their mother.
"Oh, they're adorable!" Stryx grinned, looking over the tiny birds. He was unfamiliar with the various colors of flitter, so he was unable to identify the chicks. "What colors are they?" he asked softly, worried he might disturb the young flitters.
Thi smiled and pointed them out as she said their colors Well, there is a violet, a tan, a pastel violet, and a pastel yellow. Tom shifted in her Hatchingbox and gave a indignant squak. Thi left Stryx standing by Ferun and went over. Moving Tom gently she looked at the chicks beneath. Your doing good. Thi assured Tom The chicks are doing well
Stryx blinked, "There are more chicks?" he asked curiously. He found the young birds fascinating, and was glad he had the opportunity to see the little creatures.
Thi nodded Yes, of course. I only plan on keeping one and I've already selected that one. Would you like to see the others? They're all very similar though
"Oh, of course; I'd love to." Stryx answered happily. He walked over and looked at the chicks. "What colors are these? And which one are you keeping?" he asked.

Yin was uncomfortable. Usually she wouldn't have even approached another breeder without having her brother at her side. Probably a Trisk on her arm, too, to comfort the rather withdrawn trainer. As it was, she was approaching the house of another who advertised flitter chicks that needed homes. That meant that she couldn't exactly have a bird of prey with her, otherwise she would frighten her potential new bird. The only reason she was here was because she needed some new genes to add to her growing flock of flitters. This one - Thi, she believed the other breeder's name was - had been at the compeititon and done quite well, in the eyes of the Sunhawk, thus the offspring of her birds would be even tempered, she hoped, and well taken care of. That was what she wanted. So, therefore, here she was. Standing in front of the other's door, staring at it nervously, as if it was going to stretch out and bite her. For a moment, the tribal 'dragon chewed on her lower lip, then she slowly lifted a fist and rapped it gently against the wood. Hopefully, she would be heard. If she wasn't, the Sunhawk would simply leave. The fates wouldn't have destined her to adopt a chick if there was no response.
Thi smiled. There is a pastel yellow and a pastel green, I'm keeping the albino. And the other is I beleive a tan. She rushed over to the doror and opened it. OH! Hello Yin She said surprised.

Yin was surprised when the door opened and she was greeted by name. She hadn't really been social at the shows, but she supposed it would be known. It was announced when her birds won, after all. A slender gloved hand reached forward tentatively for a handshake, though if it was refused, she wouldn't be insulted. There was a warm, comfortable smile on her face as she responded. "Hi, Thi. Congratulations on the clutches. I hope the chicks and parents are doing well." The Sunhawk said by way of greeting.
Thi smiled Thank you for the concern. Yes, They are doing well. She said as she grasped the Sunhawk's hand.
Yin gave a nod that was firm and congratulatory in the same, quiet movement. She was a rather tentative beast by nature, but the forward attention of Thi had relaxed her, at least slightly. Fingers entwined with the other pendragon's, gently shaking, before she released the paw of the other 'dragon and pulled her own back to her body. "Would you mind if I... well, I was wondering if any of them would be looking for a home. I know you mentioned it... but I don't want to assume that they haven't all found their places already. Your birds probably go fast." The Sunhawk said politely, though the words were also genuine, not honeyed lies.
Thi shook her head while laughing. No, no. My birds don't go as fast as I want them to. I'm still young and therefore inexperienced in many people's eyes. But sure. Have a look around. She gestured for Yin to take closer looks at the hatchlings.
Stryx waited calmly for Thi to finish talking to who he assumed to be another breeder before he spoke up. The violet chick, what gender is it? No matter what sex the hatchling was, he decided it would be the one he would take, as long as it wasn't already spoken for.
Thi turned to Stryx. Female She said. Is that the one you want? She asked smiling
