Ramath-lehi is home to a wide variety of creatures. Due to the influence of the spirit-world, Fronima, the creatures are highly susceptible to mutations. It is not uncommon for creatures to have multiple limbs, eyes, or even organs.

Scientific research has concluded that the very first life form on Ramath-lehi possessed not two, but three eyes. In many creatures, the third eye has vanished from physical view and has turned into a third "inner eye." This inner eye is responsible for giving many creatures seemingly supernatural, telepathic abilities.
